Is team choice important to your leadership success? Absolutely. The people we choose to be a part of our team is one of the most important decisions a leader makes. Fail this and you can be assured of many more failures.
Take a look at the first 100 days of the Obama administration. President Obama is setting himself up for failure. A good many of the people he has chosen for key positions are either unqualified, cheaters on their taxes, or just down right more corrupt. What do you think this says of his leadership? It speaks volumes to me. Time will tell on how much.
